Coalition of Orc States

After the fall of the Orc Kingdom during the Great Reckoning the remaining cities grew with refugees. A new structure of council rule took hold of the kingdom and they became a coalition of city states. Going back to their roots they found strength in unity. What once was ruins and loss became architectural marvels as their cities spread across the mountaintops themselves or suspend across the sea itself as the great Hanging City of Odur. Those fortunate enough to be granted access to the Orc States will forever remember the reconstructed marvels they will see in the Orc States as destruction was turned into beauty. While the Orc States do trade with the Free People they also practice piracy as a legitimate negotiation tactic.

Odur, The Hanging City

Population: 25,000

One of the great architectural marvels of the Orc States is the Hanging city. Acting as a gate to the Orc States from the sea, the city Stradles the sea from shore to shore. The visitor and merchant district is on the Bridge level but the private residences, schools and other important buildings are built from hanging platforms below the bridge like great stalactites. Pulleys are used to haul shipments or sometimes ships themselves up to the Bridge level for unloading.

Hoar

Population: 15,000

Run by Karasthis "The Great" an ancient red dragon and his followers. A land of mercenaries, pirates, outlaws and miscreants of all types. Hoar is a dangerous place, but has one of the most renowned fighting arenas in all Un-Duun which attracts many visitors. Nobility from all over come to Hoar to see the spectacle that is Hoar but any that do bring a cadre of guards because the law here is more kind to the local element than outsiders. To some part of the adventure in visiting Hoar is getting robbed in Hoar. Your money or your life is an enforced policy by the watch, pay the price and you will survive the experience.
